Análise Comparativa de Edifícios Marrons, Verdes e Azuis com Base em Parâmetros Selecionados (Poluição, Custo, Eficiência Energética, Tecnologia, Impacto Ambiental) Uma Abordagem Baseada em Casos

Objetivo: O estudo tem como objetivo avaliar a sustentabilidade de edifícios azuis, verdes e marrons, com foco em fatores-chave como eficiência energética, controle de poluição e impacto ambiental.
Método: Foi realizada uma análise comparativa de estudos de caso, incluindo "The Edge" (edifício azul), Badriya Juma Masjid (edifício verde) e DDA Vasundhara (edifício marrom). O estudo também envolveu a opinião de especialistas e a aplicação de métodos quantitativos e qualitativos para avaliar o desempenho dos edifícios em diversos critérios.
Resultados: Os resultados mostram que os edifícios azuis superam os verdes e marrons em termos de eficiência energética, integração tecnológica e sustentabilidade ambiental. O edifício The Edge reduziu as emissões de carbono em 60% e os custos operacionais em 70%, demonstrando tecnologias avançadas de conservação de energia.
Conclusões: Os edifícios azuis oferecem os maiores benefícios na redução do impacto ambiental, estabelecendo um novo padrão para a arquitetura sustentável. Investimentos em tecnologias de edifícios azuis e verdes são cruciais para promover o desenvolvimento urbano sustentável.
